Frequently Asked Questions

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Free tier credits expire at month-end. Paid tier monthly grants expire at the end of your billing period. However, purchased credits never expire and remain available indefinitely.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credits anytime via Paystack. Top-ups start at ₦3,000 for 50 credits and go up to ₦35,000 for 1,000 credits. Or simply upgrade your plan.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Paystack payment methods: Nigerian bank transfers, international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), mobile money, and USSD.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans include a free trial. No credit card required to start.

What about API pricing?
